Canada's population has seen its biggest growth since 1957.  This is creating a massive strain on the market as we are unable to build enough homes to house the new arrivals.  With the majority of the new arrivals ending up in the GTA this is causing extreme strain on the GTA resale house and condo markets as well as rental markets, which will take years to catch up.
